Parashat Vaera
Reference: Exodus 6:2 - 9:35
About This Parasha
Parashat Vaera continues the story of the Exodus. God reveals His name to Moses and sends him back to Pharaoh. The parasha recounts the first seven plagues brought upon Egypt: blood, frogs, lice, wild beasts, pestilence, boils, and hail. Despite these devastating signs, Pharaoh’s heart remains hardened.
